This is a quiet corner of the web, and I want you to feel at ease here. Here is everything the website keeps about your visit, in plain words.
Counting visits
To learn which horoscopes and pages are most helpful, the website counts visits with Google Analytics. When you open a page, the website's own server tells Google which page you opened, the site that sent you here, your general area (city, region and country), and what kind of device and browser you're using. Your IP address is never sent, and no Google scripts run in your browser.
To tell one visit from the next, the website sets two small cookies of its own. One recognizes your browser when you come back and lasts about a year; the other ends your visit after 30 quiet minutes. They hold only a random number, never your name or email. Google keeps this information under its own privacy policy.
Visits from Europe, the UK and Switzerland aren't counted, and no cookies are set there. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, your visits aren't counted either.
Notes and comments
When you leave a note, your name and message appear on the website once I've read and approved them. Your email address is optional, and only I see it. Notes arrive through Netlify, the company that hosts the website.
Payments
Readings, memberships and donations are paid through PayPal. The website never sees your card or bank details; PayPal handles them under its own privacy policy.
Your reading preferences
If you change the text size or save a reading, that choice is remembered in your own browser only. It is never sent anywhere.
