		<description>I love that story, Michelle, you have told it to me once and I never forgot it.  I love books about people's transitions, it is so up lifting to me. My dad passed it will be 4 years ago on June 20th.  I remember he passed the day after Father's day that year.  I kept praying, please god, don't take him on Father's day and it didn't happen until the next morning. Another great book about hospice patients' stories, written by a hospice nurse is called, " Final Gifts".
I truly loved that book and it seems similar to this book which I will be getting in near future.
