Mars retrograde is bringing its energies inside of you. Instead of outwards/action motion - Mars is digging deep and bringing out your buried internal emotions. A Meditation practice would be very good for you right now. Through simply sitting and pondering over your life, or over nothing at all, you will receive an awareness about things that you’ve never had before. Ideas will easily pop up in your mind. New feelings will emerge into your heart. This can be a time of deep healing for you as long as you cooperate with the ‘relaxation’ time that Mars retrograde is asking of you. There are many planetary vibrations that are quite serious right now, because they are moving through the sign of Capricorn. The Sun, Mercury retrograde, and Venus conjuncting Pluto too - all of them asking you to lovingly (Venus) and powerfully (Sun) creates some changes (Pluto) regarding your health and the things that you do. Mercury retrograde will help you by inspiring you on how to do things easier, healthier, and more productively too. You always said that there has to be an easier way - well there is - and the first step is by quietly sitting back, relaxing, and allowing yourself to be inspired about what that is for you.
